I loved the candies they left on our bed, espresso and latte...YUM!!! I also thought it was very kind of them to have a bag of microwave popcorn and it satisfied my midnight craving lol. I loved how everything worked correctly, the coffee pot, stove, frig and microwave. I like how all the shampoo, conditioner and body wash are in a built in despensary, even tho I brought my own. lots of room to store your clothes (two dressers n sm closet), I loved how there was two TVs, I wake up before my hubs and I was able to go into the other room and turn the TV and light on. I really appreciated the lower bath tub to step into. I just wish I got there in time to sit in the hot tub. when I went to check in, the lady knew my name, that was nice.
There could of been more pillows on a king size bed (4 regular sized pillows were there), there was no Kleenex in the box, the alarm clock was set an hour late, so my alarm I set for 6, went off at 7 and I was late to where I had to be. we got there late and I was exhausted and did not even realize the time was off when I set it.

The staff was great.friendly helpful but not annoyingly so.
The juice machine was broken at breakfast and the water jug was empty all morning

Location and breakfast was decent.
There was wrappers on the ground in my room. Within 40 minutes someone came in and moved my belongings which is not typical. The soap is crap and leaves a film. Dim lighting in hallways.
