STAFF USE A WHEELBARROW IN THE HALLS! THE HOTEL IS A "RED LION", THEY DIDN'T REMOVE THE RED LION PICTURE FROM THE ELEVATOR OR CHANGE THE NAME ON THE WI-FI.

FRONT DESK LADY WHEN YOU TELL HER ABOUT USED HEROIN NEEDLE IN BATHROOM: "HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOU DIDN'T PUT IT THERE???". YOU SHOW HER YOUR ARMS AND ASK: "DO I LOOK LIKE I USE HEROIN?" FRONT DESK LADY: "WELL YOU COULD HAVE GOTTEN IT IN TOWN" ME: "IS THERE A STORE IN TOWN THAT SELLS USED HEROIN NEEDLES?" THE REFRIGERATOR IS MISSING AND FOOT, SO DESPITE BEING REPORTED, YOU'LL JUST GET BY WITH THE COFFEE CUPS AS REFRIGERATOR FOOT. THE TIME ON THE CLOCK IS WRONG! THE HOTEL IS A "SUITE HOTEL", BUT THERE IS NO "SUITE" FURNITURE, JUST A LARGE OPEN SPACE. THE GUY WHO UNSUCCESSFULLY CAME TO REPAIR THE TOILET IS ALSO A FOUNTAIN REPAIRMAN AS WELL. THE HALLS ARE NOT MOPPED AND HAVE FLUID TRAILS FROM TRASH DRAGGED FROM ROOMS. THE "CLEAN" TOWELS ARE STAINED! THERE IS NO CARPET IN THE HALLS, SO YOU GET TO LISTEN TO ALL THE HARD WHEELS ON THE VINYL FLOORING. THE DOORS TO THE ROOMS DONT CLOSE BECAUSE THEY ARE INSTALLED CROOKED, SO YOU GET TO LISTEN TO THE OTHER HOTEL GUESTS HAVING TO SLAM THE DOOR TO SHUT IT. BOTH NIGHTSTANDS HAVE MULTIPLE WATER RINGS AS PROOF THAT THE NIGHTSTANDS ARENT EVEN WIPED DOWN.

Cleanliness wasnt up to expectations. This location never returned my $50 deposit and after numerous phone calls no one resolved my issue.

i had horrible rooms and the location was horrible. So many homeless and its so dirty. There was throw up right outside my room. Bugs, hairs on the bathroom walls, dirty toilet seats. Dirty shower. Filthy walls with blood splatters on them. Windows were also filthy. The carpets were dirty. The mattresses feel like those cheap toddler mattresses. Made of plastic and hard springs. The room had no thrash cans. We asked fro t desk for one and she offered us a box.
