Sweetwater Inn and Spa

Location and nice suite.

Spa wasn’t available.

Can't beat the location. It was in the heart of Mendocino, just around the corner from Cafe Beaujolais. Very quiet. We have a van, and there was more than enough parking on the street. The bed was comfy. Also, there's a little garden in the back next to the spa. I spent two late afternoons there playing guitar softly and just enjoying the sun.

The sitting room is very tiny with no table. FYI: The stairs to get up to the unit are very steep. You could hear the shower running in the room next to ours.

So clean and comfy! Staff was amazing!

Location to most of the restaurants and shops

I know this was a small room, but it also had too much furniture for the size. The pillows on the bed were terrible. The cost of new pillows for this room is minimal. There wasnt anyone at the desk when we checked in at 4:00PM. The access to the application on the television were a challenge to operate. Had to call for help, and even the person who showed up didnt know how either. The individual was nice enough, but when he called for help the person on the phone was short tempered and rude. If there are extra steps to using the TV it would help to have printed instructions. I understand that there probably isnt a necessity for air conditioning, but only one window had a screen and that screen didnt fit the window, and there were large gaps for dirt and bugs.
