The hotel is a little dated, especially the rooms, which could definitely use some updating. That said, everything was clean and well maintained, and the outdoor areas are absolutely beautiful and probably the highlight of the property. What really made the difference, though, was the staff: everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. Overall, despite showing its age in a few areas, we had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the property.

Front desk hours were terrible. Nobody in the office until 9 am? That’s ridiculous.
