Location, cleanliness and nice staff. We had an issue with the toilet and less than 5 minutes after we reported it, it was fixed.
Would like another single bed in 6 person room. Sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable.

Nice clean property in a nice location about 5 minutes from Coligny Beach. The property is dated but clean.
What I did not like was that the exercise/workout room was only available to access from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. I am an early riser, and especially on vacation I get up early and like to have my workout completed by 8:00 a.m. before the rest of my family is awake, so I can enjoy my entire day of vaca so this was a big negative for me (you are allowed access to neighboring Spinnaker resort workout room which may be different hours for those customers?)

The Amenities
Three out of the four nights we stayed the occupants above our unit would wake up about 6 am making many noises... slamming doors and stomping sounds being very inconsiderate. The beds were also a bit stiff.
