The hotel did not have my reservation!! It took 50 minutes to finally check in. Booking.com took my money, then didn’t forward the reservation to hotel. Manager had to be called, and she had to contact booking.com to get sorted out. This was the second time this happened to me.

Near airport with a shuttle
Called and had asked golf there was someone there that could help me get my bags & dogs in.. was told yes. When I got there I was told there wasn’t. Struggled to get up to the room with everything because I couldn’t leave the 2 dogs in the car ( it was very hot) and didn’t want to leave them in the room to run back and get the luggage ( afraid they would bark)
