The staff was friendly and very accommodating.
There was bed bugs in my room. The first thing I did was wash everything and dry everything when i got home.

The customer service was very good, the front desk person was professional, efficient and welcoming
the room was clean, the refrig was roomie and clean
The bathroom had peeling or missing tiles, the bathroom window had a torn screen, and the only AC was a window unit in the wall.
For close to $200 per night the overall amenities were not great.

The room was OK. The sink was new. Cross ventilation was good.
The bath tub was in terrible shape. They had removed furniture so it looked empty.
