Wonderful, kind, friendly and helpful staff, like Danny, Brian, Eden, and more; very nice and clean place; easy to get around San Francisco, near bus stops of #19, #2, #49; and short walk to Trader Joe's, CVS, and Whole Food Market.

Amazing concept for hotel with themed Bay Area music rooms and the whole place just felt great. Shared bathrooms kept very clean.
Shared bath facilities only annoying in the middle of the night. Only had big pillows too, one big and one thin would be good change.

It was awesome! Sleep so good. I love their coffee as well.

The capsules had a good design. The bathroom was spacious. The hotel was easy to access through public transport.
The bed was not comfortable at all, the mattress was bent and the fan was loud. Other people in the room had music until late.
