Just baely met my needs.

Check in was smooth. Clean staff was excellent.

The AC made too much noise. Breakfast was the same option every day.

Carpet in our room is soaken

The restaurant is very small, no much choices with breakfast, the public toilet is disgusting! Not flushing and full of poo!!

location was great and staff was nice.

elevator seemed shady, hallway was dark and musty, room door was very hard to push open and would barely close, old TVs, bathroom very small and there was MOLD in the shower and on the shower curtain.

Front desk people were nice and friendly.

The room smelled like mildew. We had mold in the windows and cockroaches coming out of the sink and climbing the wall.

Love the room and it's comfort very nice,the clerk that checked me in was very accommodating

The thing that made my stay very disappointing was that train tracks running right by my window,with all the nice comforts of the room unfortunately I couldn't get a good night sleep as a few trains went by that night.

Good place to stay and relax

It was a good location. Very comfy rooms, staff was nice.

The breakfast was not refilled enough. We went down at 8am and there was barely anything left. We had to eat out that morning. Next morning we went down at 6am. But it’s a bummer because we wanted to relax.

Don’t Recommend at all, stat away

Breakfast was ok for being included

The room had a funky smell, the room I reserved said it was a King Bed, but it was smaller than a Queen size, and not comfortable at all.

Friendly staff

when I asked for my room to be cleaned the workers cleaned it but used the same sheets as my daughter had spilled a little bit of juice on it making me know that the sheets were not changed.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I felt very unsafe in this dirty old hotel!

We didn’t have any problems changing our rooms when we had a problem with the first room. The front desk was very accommodating about the lighting situation. We were also very happy there was a fire department across the street because we were very worried the place was going to burn down because of electrical issues!

We had to change rooms due to our lights not working because of the outlet being pulled out of the wall in the first room. In the second room I tried to use the shower and water was not draining and when I removed the plug there was a large pile of hair clogging the drain. The elevator inspection was three months overdue. When we tied to plug our computer in the outlet we were unable to due to the plug from the lamp was broken off into the outlet. Unfortunately my money was non-refundable so I couldn’t go stay somewhere else that I would feel safe and clean!

Disaster...

On the beginnig show a good price, but when the hotel, the took from my credit card extra 100, excuses in deposit for the worst BW I been stay, what a bad hotel.

Internet NEVER works, when arrived my room wad open, and with women clothes in the closet, the bad room was broken, and view to the brushes, all of that for 157 USD, no kidding

If you have asthma or trouble breathing DO NOT STAY HERE. The scent of the whole hotel including your room is so strong

Staff was extremely kind and helpful.
