The ambience and rooms
Two incidents that I didn't care for. One was a slight condescending tone from the young woman working the front desk on Saturday, August 29th when she asked to see ID and I said I didn't have it on me. Instead of saying if you have one on your phone that's acceptable, she proceeded to speak to me as if I were 100 years old to guide me to finding it on my phone which I personally didn't care for and I didn't make a big deal out of but I can see how that will get on some people's nerves and earn you a poor review or potential problem.
Another incident that occurred, is that my son left behind his cap that he got over the summer while he was at summer camp (not summer camp on this property) but a different summer camp. And of course it's nowhere to be found which is unfortunate that there isn't an honor system and that whatever one loses on the property will likely not be recovered which doesn't inspire a lot of confidence.
So, two incidents that I could've done without and didn't make me more likely to want to stay there again in the future. As a matter of fact, this was our 2nd time staying there, but next time we're likely to check out a different property. And we spent good money -- we ate at one of the restaurants on the property with 16 guests, got activity bracelets for all of those guests, got a cabana, and started a tab for all of our guests so you're missing out and for what? For the satisfaction of giving someone attitude that didn't deserve it and to keep a 12 year old's cap from summer camo? OK! Your call. Your loss.

Location is very convenient with everything within walking distance!!
The prices are ridiculous after already paying for a room! Seems like those staying in hotel should get everything they buy at a discount price once checked in.. for the price it should be all inclusive 🤷♀️
