Conveniently located, nice pool, great staff, beach is a short walk
There was a strong musty smell, some areas weren’t clean (drawers weren’t wiped down, cobwebs in corners)

We had a fantastic long weekend stay at A Beach Breeze Inn. The motel is very convenient to the Cape Cod Rail Trail biking trails. The rooms were very charming and cozy. The owner Pam was a fantastic source of information for us for informational stops, parking and restaurant recommendations. We had a lovely weekend!
