We had a fantastic long weekend stay at A Beach Breeze Inn. The motel is very convenient to the Cape Cod Rail Trail biking trails. The rooms were very charming and cozy. The owner Pam was a fantastic source of information for us for informational stops, parking and restaurant recommendations. We had a lovely weekend!

Very clean, beds super comfortable and very kind and welcoming family-run Inn. Close to beach and nice clean pool. Great coffee available all day in the lobby/office area, as well as little packaged treats.
Only issue was the dampness in the room even with the ac on. Clothes/swimsuits didn’t dry overnight. would possibly help to have flooring instead of carpet in the rooms.

The host was so knowledgeable about the area and provided detailed information whenever we had a question. The location was convenient for visiting several different events/places that we were interested in during our stay.
The sleeping pillows were a bit too high for us.
