We enjoyed our stay here.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was peaceful and quiet and a good location if you are planning on riding the Passion Play mountain bike trail system, which we both walked and rode our bikes. Also there is a trolley stop right outside the hotel which takes you into the town of Eureka Springs. It's $6 per person for an all-day trolley pass, although we only used it once, late in the day, but it was worth not having to drive around looking for a place to park. We really liked Eureka Springs and the mountain bike trails and would stay here again.

The Booking.com website showed wi-fi which was important for us since this was our first time in the area and we were relying on the internet. However, the wi-fi was not working the evening we checked in. This was unfortunate and very inconvenient because we needed it in order to find someplace for dinner after driving all day and more importantly, to look at the trail maps to figure out where we were going to ride our bikes the following morning. Later that day once we went to the office and told the manager she worked to get it up and working. The booking.com website also stated there was a continental breakfast included, but there was only coffee and tea bags available. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom so I went to the office and borrowed one from the manager.

We chose for price & location. $81.00 was too much .

Breakfast just decent. Location down road from passion play.

Killed 2 bugs in our room. There was 1 in office where breakfast was. Our room bathroom had a hole kicked in the door. Rug instead of bath mat when getting out of shower. Carpet very dirty.

Was pleasantly surprised with the overall quality of our room and stay.

The room was very nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. It had a minifridge with freezer, microwave and a full size coffee pot. The breakfast had a nice assortment to pick from. The swimming pool was very clean and well kept up, they also had various pool floaties to use.

My favorite room!

We love this hotel. I have my favorite room. The bed is beyond perfect. Always clean. Such nice staff. Breakfast is good.

Honestly we have no complaints about this hotel. It's in a very convenient location. We have never had an issue there.

The manager was very nice, communication was good and she tried to accommodate us even though our reservation didn't show up on her end. We were very blessed considering Booking.com screwed up.

Booking.com didn't fulfill their responsibilities.

Quiet, pleasant, friendly staff.

Almost everything was great.

Our shower had an issue but the bathtub worked. They said they would have it fixed. Plenty of hot water though!

Very good

The woman who works in the front office, Kathy, is so friendly and welcoming! She was very courteous to our group and served fresh breakfast each morning. We were treated with respect and the room was very cozy. Would totally stay here again!

The lady that checked us in was very friendly. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Lobby seemed cluttered and was not inviting but did not affect my stay.

I think it was overpriced for the issues in the room

The breakfast was awesome. The location was great, very little noise. Staff was very nice.

Room 113 smelled moldy or like mildew. The pillows were so big I had to sleep on my rolled up sweatshirt. The shower head had no pressure.

The Statue Road Inn is a great place to stay when going to the Passion Play. So convenient.

It is an older property but rooms are well maintained and the bathroom was clean.

Area was quiet. Room was very clean. Staff was very nice.

The water pressure randomly drops. Shower stops, toilet won't flush and no water to sink. Front desk said they were working on it.

did not have a chance to know we were so disappointed that we did not get to stay at Inn, we reserved it on Sept.12,2022 at 3pm,for October 1,2022 confirmation # was 2938716144,but when we arrived 10-1-2022,were told that the Inn had overbooked and no room was available,but the lady was awesome, called other places and found us a room,through the price a lot more, we were Thankful to have a room,the Lady at the Inn felt so bad about the mix up, she gave us vouchers for 2 tickets to Passion Play, which is why we were there to see The Great Passion Play hopefully some day we may return, if so would try to stay at the Statue Road Inn

Excellent all the way around.

I was so surprised to find the cleanliness and comfort of the room was so much more than I expected. The friendliness of the staff was exceptional. I will definitely book again and again.

I requested a ground floor room that was easily accessible for my handicap friend. We got the ground floor room, however, we did have to contact the office for available parking. If I could make a suggestion, handicap parking would be exceptional!.
