The breakfast area was clean. Room was clean, no weird smells that's pretty important to me. Slept really good in the bed. Bedding was all white and clean. Coffee was good and plentiful.
There appeared to be a group on industry contractors next to us. They were kind of loud, usually quieted right down about 9:30 pm though. Some kind of fresh fruit or sugar free hot cereals would have been nice in breakfast area.

The staff that checked us in was amazing!
The carpet was wet by the air conditioning unit in the room, there was no ice available all
Ice machines were unplugged or broken.
