The front-desk staff was exceptional -- Izzy in the evening and Abby during the day. They answered questions, helped me with problems and were friendly, competent and very helpful. Highly recommended (I just hope the price doesn't go up too much when it's rebranded as a Hilton property).

We've been coming to the Varsity Club for several years now, and each time it's a joy to share there. The staff is always friendly, the prices good, and the suite amazing. This time we got the room with the large balcony and it was incredible. I was able to work from the suite while my husband went to meetings for his work, and I couldnt have been more comfortable. We will definitely be staying there again.

I don't know why I'm submitting this twice, but enjoy the hot tub, the pool, and bring your goodies for grilling and BBQ out in the courtyard. If you get the condo, see if one with the seven foot soaking tub is available. Get some Epsom salt and you won't regret it...

Property was incredibly loud. There were kids running up and down the hallway all night. Kids knocking on doors and running away. Lots of stomping from upstairs. The hot tub jets didn’t work and there were lots of unsupervised kids in there despite the sign on the door saying no kids unsupervised under the age of 14.

Great staff, awesome rooms, but..... its a resort style place and its draws families with unsupervised kids. The kids, without parental supervision terrorize the hallways, running and screaming. There isn't enough staff to patrol the entire facilities, so the kids are out of control. If you are considering staying, check if there is some kind of event. My stay, there was an under 10 Years old group of spoiled hockey players, worst night ever.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The location was convenient, close to many attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. The pool was also nice and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Downfall was there was a younger hockey team staying. They were loud, out of control, and definitely didnt act appropriately. They ran up and down halls, knocking on random doors late at night, and turning off pool/spa lights while people of all ages were in them!

Notre Dame themed classy establishment. The beds were quite firm, but everything was clean and in order. A policy change is coming about the breakfast vouchers, they will only give two vouchers per room and will not cover the amount of patrons the room is bookable for.

The hotel is a good place to stay My issue with this stay was the trash from the previous guest was in the trash can under the sink and the ice bucket was full of water The pool area is nice however it was overtaken by unsupervised children who just ran and did back flips into the pool. Took pool furniture to sit on the shower

I wish I would’ve been told about the pull out bed in our room being broken, but the staff was great about giving us a rollaway cot when we requested after finding out. Overall the place is clean, comfortable, and meets the needs very well while you stay. Recommend and will return for sure in the future 😊

I loved almost everything about my stay especially the hot tub. My only complaint would be that the lady worker at breakfast didnt have a very warm and welcoming attitude toward me. She seemed offended when I ask if there was any breakfast potatoes at the buffet. And then when I approached her to ask if they had any grape jelly she seemed irritated that she had to stop and help me and responded with... "Do you need something?" And the answere I got was a very cold no. I would have at least expected something like..."Im sorry sir we are currently out...is there anything else I can help you with?" But that didnt happen. I thought it was just her having a bad day but she was a lot nicer and warmer to everyone else who came to breakfast after me.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times now, and had a pleasant, quiet stay both times. I’ve avoided Notre Dame game weekends though. The suites have kitchenettes with real dishes, plenty of towels, and comfortable beds and couches. The front desk staff are consistently nice and helpful. This time, Mikaela especially was fantastic. The breakfast buffet, though it costs extra, has a reasonable selection on hot and cold foods. I’ll certainly stay again.

Wonderful and welcoming Hotel. Lucky to be there on a Thursday night as weekends are very with Notre Dame Football Games. The Breakfast was great and impressed with use of actual Ceramic plates and Metal silverware. Very Eco- Friendly.
