Extremely friendly and helpful staff, it was good to have a freshly cooked breakfast and it was nice to have a complimentary glass of wine after a day out exploring

The breakfast was delicious! The room was cozy and the patio and yard were lovely. Check-in was easy and the location is fairly close to downtown – just a short drive or a long walk.

The property sent me a message saying they would greet me with a glass of local wine, and to let them know if I would be later than 7pm so allow for a self check-in. I arrived at 5:45 to find the front desk vacated for the day and the wine hour over. Apparently, it went from 4:30-5:30. I think the hotel should communicate the hours of the wine social in that original message – the original message made it seem like I had until 7pm. Just a small thing, but after a loooooong day on the road, I was looking forward to that glass of wine. :)
