The location was perfect in the Gaslamp district. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very helpful.
There was no fridge in the room or iron and it was very noisy at night.

I loved the location of the property being walkable from so many places, it was also very clean inside and out.
I seemed to have a lot of issues with this property such as when we first arrived I wasn’t given the dog “welcome package”, the AC in my room did not work, there is no mini fridge in the room as most hotels I believe have, there is no dedicated parking for the hotel besides the overpriced valet, though that might be standard for all the hotels here. Not really the hotels fault but they’re doing renovations so the elevator is just covered in card board. The water dispenser in the lobby didn’t seem to give cold water just lukewarm water. Most importantly it’s a “dog friendly” hotel but they don’t have a dedicated pet relief area they just tell you to use the one tree out front that is literally gated from the bottom. When I stayed in a pet hotel in Vegas, a much dirtier grimy city they had a dedicated fenced in dog relief area. I don’t see why this place calls themselves a pet friendly hotel. Also when I booked this hotel through booking.com I was quoted a price and upon receiving the final bill it’s almost 100$ more.
