Location and easy access to the highway.
Value...I paid $300 plus dollars for a room that was ok, nothing fancy. I realize that it is the local WDC., Baltimore, and Annapolis area and things can be a bit pricey, but $300 for a basic room is a bit too much. Likewise, the parking area is small and gets full rather quickly. We arrived late and there was only three parking spaces available and vehicle spacing was very tight.

The pool was disgusting. Smoking outside the rooms right next to vent of the air conditioning causes rooms to smell like cigarettes or Marijuana. Need to have designated Smoking areas enforced or only top 4th floor rooms as Smoking. The staff was great, and they did the best they could with all the of the breakfast machines breaking down each morning.
