So clean and comfortable. Room was perfect, my husband loved the shower (I’m short so it wasn’t as great for me, but I’m used to it). The staff is top shelf! Handled a rough situation with professionalism and grace - admirable. Very friendly and helpful.

I met a couple of very nice gentlemen that assisted me with my luggage .
The location of the motel. It was in an odd area.

It was clean
When I arrived they did not have the rooms I reserved and I had to down grade to smaller rooms . Saturday night the lobby was blocked off and not available for use . There were no towels in pool , Sunday morning after breakfast , they had the pool closed which is an odd time to clean pool when the hotel was packed with kids . There was never anyone at the desk to get help .
