The location is close (walking distance) to downtown Traverse City and right across from the waterfront park. The room was well appointed, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and it had a nice, roomy shower.
I thought the price was good for the quality of the place, but after taxes and fees, it was almost double what I expected. I'll be investigating....

Location was perfect for enjoyingTC, especially for the Cherry Festival. The rooftop bar had beautiful views and friendly staff. In the downstairs restaurant/bar, the bartender was great.
We waited 30 minutes for our simple breakfast to be brought, and unfortunately had to leave to get to the airport before it came.

Great location near the Cherry Festival and Clinch Beach....all within easy walking distance.
Parking is all valet parking and you are charged $18 per day for parking on top of what you tip the attendants.

There was a lot to like. Clean, friendly and decor.
I paid $40 for the breakfast to be included and it was a choice of 1 entire off the menu. The food off the menu was not good. Tasted like frozen food and with no flavor. For $40 we could have gone to a nice upscale brunch restaurant. Was expecting a lot more. Would have been cheaper to order off the menu then to add breakfast to my stay.
