The front entrance of the hotel is very inviting and the parking structure is easy to spot and it’s free parking which is a bonus. The hotel room was nice and the bathroom was quite spacious. I liked that they had a fridge inside the room. Bed was very comfortable to sleep on and there were nice clean sheets. You can also pick up some ice and bring it to your hotel room.
There wasn’t much of a view, it was directly facing another building wall. But this was the last room available on the night and it was a last minute booking so can’t complain.

I like that they have underground parking. The staff likewise is very helpful and friendly at checkin. The rooms are very clean and exactly what I would want. The location is close to many of the places I typically go.
The beds are usually a queen or twin in most rooms. Ideally a king bed would be nice. Maybe some bathroom products would be nice as well, but overall, I've very happy.

Access to the parking was good. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff at the front desk was very kind and welcoming.
I found the room to not live up to the expectations I had when reserving the "presidential suite". It was an ordinary room with a kitchenette, lacking the luxury feel I was expecting for the $700 I spent for only two nights (weekdays).

Parking was ample and had security at the door.
Location was concerning. Bed was very uncomfortable and the carpets needed to be cleaned. Overall it was ok but we will be looking elsewhere for our next trip to LA in a month.
