The lobby is bright and clean. Everything is easy for me to deal with.

We felt someone smoking beside our room for a short time.

I didn’t mind the money I spent but I probably wouldn’t stay again unless I’m in a pinch

Staff was friendly and the hotel was nice enough. It wasn’t run down or unbearable

The hotel service wasn’t very good. I booked a queen bed but was give a double. There was no hand soap and the shampoo and conditioner was terrible. The sheets and carpet also felt gross. The location was very sketchy and kinda sad. The view was the left over neighborhood that just didn’t get torn down to build the hotel

1) free parking 2) stylish 3) nice breakfast / brunch restaurant in just about 10 min on foot 4) polite staff

1) no restaurant on site 2) there was no iron in the room – very strange, we always had the iron in our room before 3) the staff is not very responsive, I texted the hotel several hours before our check in via booking and my question was time sensitive, however, they only answered the next day

The hotel inside is nice. Front desk staff and security are a bit in need of retraining on customer

The room was extremely clean and up to date

The walls are extremely thin. The people in the room above me i heard doing Everything AT ALL TIMES OF MY STAY. When asked the front desk to please phone them that they sounded like a stampede at 5a 2 days in a row. He got smart mouthed with me! Never even stated anything to the other people and made me seem as if I was the issue for trying to sleep at 5a

no kitchen at the hotel, but also no microwave or something.

the property was nice and clean, seems new.

the bed was very small. for two people ( adults)was impossible to to sleep. if you travel alone. would be good. too expensive for this property.

new property and comfortable space in the room. nice amenities and stylish decoration. heart of Korea town and good food and drinks nearby.

there’s construction nearby but if the window is closed then you wouldn’t be able to tell.

Nice and clean hotel in Koreatown

Nice and clean hotel in Koreatown. There are several excellent Korean restaurants in a walking distance. We also appreciated a thorough cleaning during our stay.

Met our needs.

Met our needs for proximity to hospital. Surrounding hotels were pricey and had add-on fees. Was able to walk to a nice restaurant and also visit a convenience store.

Having a king size bed option would be nice.

Great value and location!

Free parking in a great location. Right by restaurants and in a cool neighborhood. Very friendly staff.

The shower was a little strange and the bed was small.

The staff were rude and no idea what they were doing. They authorized a payment on my credit card for the room WITHOUT MY CONSENT! I didn't know this could be done, the card was only on file to be only charged for the $50 deposit! Additionally, construction were happening on site, they said it would start from 10am, and I was woken up by it at 9:20am by the pounding sound.

Nice place to stay

We stayed for 2 nights and the hotel totally met our expectations. The staff was polite, there was no problem with late check-in (we came around 11pm). There's parking underground. The room had everything a traveller needs, even a nespresso coffee machine with capsules. Many options for dining out within walking distance, a small grocery store across the street. Not far from all the filming studios: it was only a 30 minutes drive to the Warner bros tour we booked in advance.

This was our second time staying here. For the price, it’s a great value. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is always extremely friendly.
