You can’t get much closer to venice beach than this
The property itself is fine, but the amount of homeless right outside was a little shock. Venice beach is way overhyped and I think the price of the hotel is unjustified with the current

I found out there was a rooftop at the very end of my stay, and there is no bar or restaurant at all

We had an amazing stay. Everything was exceptional
Proximity to beach, excitement, good wifi, food options, secure building and parking. People were nice and helpful
If I had to choose I wish it was at least 50$ cheaper for one night stay. But I dont regret it and we will still come back to visit if staying in the area
$$$$
