It was a very clean and modern motel room. Spotless! And it was across the street from all the bars, restaurants, etc. Great location! Plus, the room had a small fridge, which came in handy. And there were plenty of towels in the bathroom!
I thought it was too expensive considering that it's a small motel room in a small town. I think the owner could come down on the price a little bit. Also, the pillows were very uncomfortable. The pillows are these huge, body pillows that don't work with the human head. They need to get regular pillows. I didn't sleep that well, primarily due to the pillows. Also, the parking is rather strange. I should've received some type of advance notification on where to park. I did get to park in a car port next to my room after speaking to the owner upon my arrival. But the person next to me parked 2-3 feet from my door, because of the way the motel is configured. It's a tight fit with the parking ... to say the least. It's rather awkward to open your motel door, and there's a car literally 2-3 feet away.

Breakfast wasn’t provided but no need. The hotel is right downtown and 2 blocks from Coffee Girl where the food was excellent. Great menu for all dietary needs, vegan and gluten free included.
There were laundry facilities right there if you needed it at the hotel so if staying longer you could do it right there.
The outside was very clean but the building needs a face lift. The inside of the rooms had been upgraded, very clean and inviting. It’s family owned so they are slowly working on getting it all fixed up.

The location was excellent - the instructions and easy access to the room was great.
The bed closest to the convector was challenging to sleep in during our stay just because it was hot out and the air conditioning blasts right onto the bed.

Location was perfect for access to restaurants/bars in town. Everything was within walking distance. Price was reasonable.
Room looked like it has been recently remodeled. Beds were comfortable and there was a fridge and microwave available.
There was plenty of communication and information provided prior to and after our stay, but no staff was available at the property. Although, we did not really need anything! There is no central lobby or any amenities.
