Quick and speedy check-in. Loved the little kindness of including a jar on the reception counter filled with assorted miniature chocolates and candy bars. Greatly appreciated Covid considerations: breakfast had individually wrapped and displayed food items (assorted granola bars, Hostess and others breakfast snack items, dispenser items which didn't demand too much handling). Well-appointed room with fridge and microwave.
Pillows were not good. Very cheap, extremely hard. Some establishments have 2 kinds of pillows: one hard and one softer for guest preferences to be fully met. The outlets attached to the base of all the lamps were not connecting to my computer plug. The cell phone worked but the computer was too loose to get a good tight fit. I tried all 4 lamps, including all the outlets but no use. Eventually, I used the bathroom plug for the hair dryer and that worked.
