Good location, decent breakfast.

the location was convenient to the freeway and there was a Black Bear Diner next door so you didn't have to drive somewhere for dinner. It was convenient to park next to the room to load/unload luggage. The breakfast in the breakfast room was decent.

It did the job as a one night stop over,

Easy access from Freeway.

Noisy room due to Hester coming, noises from other rooms such as running water.it did the job

free breakfast, quiet guests, and lots of parking, and location was good. Black Bear Diner is right across the parking lot which was nice.

no elevator, sink drain was clogged, pet area was small and just rosebushes, bed was hard and pillows were flat.(used 2 pillows)

Our stay was pleasant, but mediocre.

I used the laundry room, which was nice to use. Poor location and small area. The breakfast was the same on the two days.

Spiders and flies in our room. There is quite a gap around the outside door and would let cold air in. Probably so for the insects.

2nd time visiting and still very happy to stay there

2nd time for us at this place Very nice staff Great room and confort

Unfortunately, our room door wasn’t closing from the outside. Breakfast was served in paper plates with plastic forks and spoons which doesn’t reflect the standing of the hotel.

On the level of a Motel 6. Very dated, several maintenance issues, and very loud.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The rooms were clean but dated, with several maintenance issues, old uncomfortable beds. Room was also very loud, with lots of outside noise and running kids above us.

Last stay there!

Location was nice for medical appointments.

We found open yogart and Q-tips under bed and a pill on the floor by TV. YES A PILL. thankfully dog or child did not get it. There was also flying bugs coming out of the curtains in the morning about 12 crawling on ceiling.

Front desk person was helpful getting us a ground floor room.

Landscaping is lovely, There was no designated dog area other than pickup bags and disposal. Unfortunately I noticed pets using manicured areas , disturbing new ground cover.

return trip from Ca to Oregon layover.

stayed here multiple times, always a comfortable place. it also has a Black Bear restaurant in the same parking lot

woman that checked me seemed annoyed and not wanting to be at work. it’s possible the person ahead of me caused her to be annoyed.

lobby and staff was very nice

location was good for us, nice breakfast, quiet. love they allow dogs so will always support them

not really a place to walk dogs and a little rough around the edges.

the dog work me up and the dog’s owners were useless in reassuring it to relax.

Close to my destination at the right price and so comfortable.

Great breakfast! Great staff! The room was very comfortable and clean. The TV was a good size. King size bed was so nice.

A little bit of noise early on but went away later.

Comfortable beds, lovely staff but dirty carpets

THe room was roomy and the bed very comfortable. I've stayed here a couple times before as they allow pets. Although their pet fee was $15 a couple years ago and now is it $25 which I think is a bit steep.

The carpets were dirty. My dogs spent most of their time sniffing the carpets so I could tell that other dogs had apparently peed, many times, on the carpets. Therefore, the carpets had not been cleaned, at least recently. This did not happen on my other visits. One of my dogs is a former K9 Narcotics dog so if she alerts on multiple scent spots on the carpets I trust her nose. I know carpets can't be cleaned after each pet visit, but I have to wonder what my $25 pet fee is going for if not to deep clean the room after pets have visited. I greatly prefer rooms without carpeting for this reason. Carpets are just nasty IMO. Hard flooring is more sanitary and much easier to keep clean.

Good

The room was just fine and comfortable.

The location. Was hard to find, difficult to get out into traffic and difficult to get into from the opposite lane. If you make a wrong turn you end up on the interstate highway.
