Decent value, pleasant place to stay.

Comfortable room with good A/C and a ceiling fan right over the bed, which is VERY welcome on hot summer nights. Convenient and quiet location. Good shower.

It was 102 degrees when I arrived by motorcycle and I was really looking forward to cooling off in the pool -- but the pool was empty! I was rather surprised that someone would drain a pool in Red Bluff in July. Also, the lobby is always closed, so you must check in through a little window while standing outside. If you are hard of hearing (as I am) it can be a little bit of a challenge.

You got what you paid for

The location is good. About 3 min drive to downtown. Close to Lassen and Shasta park, about 50 min drive.

The place needs TLC. Can’t figure out the hot water. Had cold showers for 2 days. Major crack on bathroom tiles, baseboard peeling. You get what you pay for. Front lobby not open. You talked to the lady thru a bank teller window. She is not friendly at all. At night a guy showed up to show me how to use the shower, he was extremely nice.

Don't stay here, it's gross and over priced.

Not much, the parking and location were fine for the event we were attending. That's about it.

The room was run down. Missing tiles in the bathroom, shower was not clean enough and the room was generally run down and grimey. The bed and towels were fine and changed every day but the bed it self was not comfortable. We left food in the refrigerator and house keeping turned it off while we were out and our food was ruined. I found the room way over priced for what we got and I feel like I should of paid half of what was charged or a refund would be acceptable.

Toilet flooded before we got there, they didn’t answer to change rooms, and refused a refund.

When we first arrived the toilet was flooded and there was water on the floor. We didn’t know it at the time since the puddle wasn’t big. After a couple of hours the floor was flooded. Since their office closes at 10pm and we checked in around 9:50pm, we could not change rooms when we called after 10pm. Nobody answered, and when I called in the morning nobody answered again. I left a message and when I called later asking for a refund they refused. The whole experience was gross. I don’t recommend staying here at all.

it fit my needs but I had to complain 🤨

fret central location, quiet, and bug free

the bathroom was clean but has missing tiles on the sink counter, and floor trim tile damage/missing. I had electrical trouble with the TV, and microwave. No complimentary coffee or in house phone.

It was a good place to stay for the night and convenient to interstate

It didnt look like the pool had been cleaned in a while. The ice machine was broken but manager did come to give me ice. Room was clean.

The pool was so clean and clear.

The bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable. The channel selection on the television was lackluster.

Good Motel in Red Bluff

Good and comfortable motel in a central location, close to services and main roads/freeway. Motel is well cared for and maintained, with a good room and internet. Price is very competitive. Location is quiet enough for a good night's sleep.

Office hours should be extended to 12 Midnight for check-in.

Good cozy motel in convenient location, with good rooms and not much street noise. Price is good for what you get, and parking lot has plenty of space. Guests are well behaved.

I will never stay there again.

The bed was comfortable.

The furniture was poor. The window in the bathroom was dirty and rusty. It did not open. The front door was warped and hard to close. I tried to do a little early check-in and had to wait until the very minute. It was to close to the road and was a lot of road noise. All the appliances were out dated and small.

The place was very clean. Good shower, bed was okay. TV, Wi-Fi worked. There was a refrigerator and a microwave.

The add said there was a pool. The pool was there, but locked off. The ice machine didn’t work.

I always stay here the night before a trip to Reno and for my medical in SF. I enjoy my stay! accommodations are clean!

Good Place in Red Bluff

Great central location, well-maintained property, good rooms and beds, and not too much street noise at night. Basically a good place in Red Bluff.

Bathroom window needs to be reworked so it can open up for ventilation. Also, the office doorbell didn't work when I arrived (5PM). They don't need to close off the office.
