The staff was great, the room was clean.
The towels were stiff and poor quality. The hotel lobby, halls and room floors and furniture was very worn. Floors and furniture was overused and had a dirty look. Some areas of carpet were worn through.

Bigger television, sight getting bad at my age, tv a little small for the distance.

lo cation & staff- front desk & maids very nice & helpful
hotel interior needs face-lift-- hall carpets are worn & room interiors need sprucing up;
THE ICE MACHINE IS FAR BELOW standard- A 4 floor hotel with 100+ rooms inhot-humid South requires aice machine per floor-- large size ;
this hotel had 1 small ice mavchine in lobby- store -- to serve all guests ; It was always empty when i needed ice both days-- the front desk lady said the MGT has lots of guests about poor ice machine & lack of enough machines ;
ALSO- NO FREE breaklact like competitiors offer -- i wont stay in this Brand again - if a competitor has the free breakfast
