Shannon at check in was fabulous…welcoming and personable. Good price. Variety of machines in exercise room. Have small appliances to borrow.
Carpet…prefer laminate or vinyl flooring.

Location that was about it
Desk person upon trying to check in was extremely rude and had no empathy considering i told i just drove 6 hours, and that you have to pay for parking, when there was nowhere else to park, wasn't told about parking when making reservations.
