The location was convenient and the hotel was really clean
The bed was very uncomfortable and we heard a lot of noise throughout the night.

The room was clean and comfortable overall, although a few items from a previous guest had been left behind in the bathroom. The location was convenient, and the property itself was generally well maintained.
The biggest problem was the lack of communication and customer service. My prepaid Booking.com reservation was for three nights, July 29–August 1. On August 1, while my son and I were away, I received no email, text, voicemail, written checkout notice, or other effective communication from the hotel. When we returned, our room key had been deactivated, and only after my son went to the front desk did we learn that our reservation had ended.
Management later said they had attempted to call me around 1:00 and 1:30 p.m., but I checked my phone and had no incoming or missed calls or voicemail from the hotel. When I asked for verification, management said they do not retain records of every attempted call. I was also told that the hotel created a new reservation for our occupied room at 1:52 p.m. We ultimately incurred an additional charge of $272.02.
I understand that guests are responsible for their reservation dates, but one effective notification could have prevented this situation. I tried to resolve the matter directly with hotel management and later through Hilton Corporate Guest Relations, but it remained unresolved. Overall, the physical property was fine, but the communication and handling of the situation were very disappointing.
