I absolutely love the layout of this property.
Living room area and separate sleeping area just like a small apartment. Very quiet, very clean, great breakfast, and social hour drinks.
What I don’t like about this property is the paying for parking. They have you pay to park in the garage and it very tight not to mention trash thrown on the ground and people sitting in their vehicles smoking dope.

Nice setting. Good room size, welcome drink and snacks, good breakfast. AC was cold.
Pool too small, furniture somewhat old and outdated.

Without a doubt, Michael, at the front desk, gave us the most help, respect and courtesy of any hotel employee we have encountered anywhere in the world in our travels, at age 76 and 70. First, when we arrived at John Wayne Airport, we learned that all reserved rental car companies were about three hours behind schedule because of some airline delays and cancellations. So we called and asked if a shuttle van could pick us up. Michael said he would send a Lyft for us, which arrived within five minutes. When we arrived at the hotel, very tired and hungry, Michael got us to a nearby restaurant, and called ahead to make sure we were taken care of. When our rental car was ready, he got my husband right into a Lyft to go retrieve it. Then, after lunch, he got us into our room early for a much needed nap. He made us feel like simply the most VIP of anyone in the building, but I think he was just doing the same for everyone. Bravo, Michael. Did your parents know they were naming you after angel?
We also loved the very comfortable bed and pillows, the efficient cooling system, the large bathroom vanity with lots of space for both our things, the coffee station with it's own bar sink, and the quiet in our suite bedroom, which was on the outside street view, away from the bustle inside the atrium and the fast elevators.
Honestly, nothing about the hotel. Just note that the hotel is in the midst of many business office towers, and while there are many restaurants--quite good ones--very close by within walking distance, most of them are closed on the weekends when the office towers are empty.

The breakfast was ok .
Waited 40 min past checkin, bed was so uncomfortable and the elevators did not work properly.
