The rooms were clean, and the staff were welcoming. We appreciated having the easy-to-use car park and enjoyed using the hotel gym.

The staff was exceptional. The property and rooms were very nice and clean
Paying for parking was the worst. Very overpriced. The parking lot had no main walkway either for wheelchairs or strollers, so you had to walk all the way around get in the hotel. I asked for a late checkout but needed to pay a fee, had friends staying there as well and when they asked no problem or fee. Ordered food at the pool and waited over 30min for pre prepared wrap that was cold. And it took way to long and talking to many staff member’s to get a refund. The lady who would bring the food was the only staff member that didn’t seem to friendly and attitude with me wanting to return my food and refund.

We were going to a reunion and we wanted to stay close by the venue.
First, the valet staff were not very hospitable. A young lady was talking rudely to the driver of the vehicle.
The check-in staff were not personable. Did not greet me just first asked for my check-in name and credit card. Which was a little offputting to be greeted that way.
