The staff were professional and the grounds were clean.
Paying for parking. There is no security guard, and the are not responsible of you vehicle gets damaged or broken in to so what are we paying for? Seems like a money grab.

The staff at check in was friendly.
The WiFi was a hassle and was never able to log on even after reaching the front desk. The knob to the sink was dusty as if it hadn’t been clean in forever. The AC unit was as tucked into a corner therefore not circulating as good. The TV was slow, it was actually ridiculous and unable to watch channels; I had to stream my YouTube account in order to see anything. I also didn’t appreciate that they didn’t have complimentary parking.
