Very nice staff - size of room - location was good
TV was problem, no channel selection.
Had to wait for hot water in shower and sink.
Toilet did not flush completely.
No OJ for 4 mornings. No yogurt in refrigerator where it said there was yogurt.
At breakfast, was told to go to drinking fountain in hall to fill my canteen with water.
