The pool area was amazing. My kids all loved it. My 4 year old said she wants this to always be her hotel. I guarantee no other hotel will measure up now.
Rooms were very spacious.
Breakfast was fantastic.
I didn't like not being able to top of my coffee. I had to get a whole new cup.

The property was very clean and spacious.
I booked a two bedroom suite as I am traveling with adult family. when booking I assumed that two bedrooms meant two separate bedrooms/bathrooms with doors and a shared sofa tv space like most properties have when they list rooms as two bedrooms. We arrived and it’s basically 1 king hotel room with a sofa and a small semi private bedroom with a queen bed. The door on the bedroom is glass and has no privacy curtain. There is only 1 bathroom. I called the front desk to clarify and since I booked on Booking.com they are unable to change my room or alter the reservation unless I wanted to pay for additional rooms. This is very disappointing and made for an uncomfortable stay. This room needs to be labeled as a family suite not a two bedroom suite! Please be clear in the descriptions!
