FABULOUS guest house! What a find! My 80 yr old mother & I were absolutely blown away by the charm & attention to detail. Hot breakfast, beach towels, robes, welcome drinks while enjoying live music & free parking (just to name a few). I believe most rooms come with outdoor seating but the best patio was “Duval view”. LOVED spending morning’s here with my coffee! It also had a kitchen & large separate bedroom with COZY king bed. This property will literally bring us back to Key West! Bravo!!!
We didn’t care for the outdoor lights above our patio when they came on automatically @ night

Location at the end of Duval and the Southernmost Beach is convenient to downtown. Parking is excellent. Breakfast is good. Beautiful grounds.
Constant noise from street work and depending on your room, we had 3B, live music blaring into the room from the shared wall.
