Samuel at the front desk was great. Available to answer any questions we had. The room was very clean, larger than I was expecting.
I was not made aware of the $100 incidental fee. I didn't see it anywhere on the website either. I've paid incidental fees before but it has never been that much before so it surprised me when it was that high

I loved having a kitchenette with the modern appliances. And I really appreciate the room had clean toiletries without any harmful chemicals. Please continue to offer that.

The room was great with the kitchen and divider curtain for added privacy for our group of 3 plus our dog. Pool and hot tub were great.
The breakfast that was provided was not that great. Mostly heavily processed foods and substitutes. Processed eggs, turkey bacon, chicken sausage and plant based chicken tenders... Items were often empty and area very crowded. Not very elderly friendly set up with only one set of elevators no matter where your room is. My friend had a lot of trouble walking the long hallways to get to the elevator and our room.
