Jeremy at the front desk was Excellent, super friendly and accommodating. There were cool gifts to buy in the lobby. The bed was very comfortable. You can open the window to get outside air and the air conditioning unit was one of those new wall types. It was quiet at night after 11pm. There was a nice restaurant on the premise for dinner.
The rooms were a little run down. The first room had screws missing from the door lock and my boyfriend noticed termite damage on the window frame. We were moved to a bigger room but the tub had no protection to stand and take a shower inside so it was a little slippery.

No breakfast provided, only coffee at 8:30am (not early enough for us unfortunately prior to heading out to our conference). The only benefit was it being across the street from the conference venue (the Ag museum). Fall/Spooky vibes were cute though, but some creepy dolls.
First impression staff were nice but not super available, we got to our room and it did not meet our expectations. Immedietaly upon entering our room we found the ground to be unclean (someone's false eyelashes were stuck to the floor next to the bed, not very easy to miss) and the bathroom infested with ants.
The space was limited, absolutely no counter space in the bathroom, no steam vent or window that opened, and the shower head was oriented in strange way that couldn't be adjusted to hit the actual middle of the shower.
