The resort was beautiful and very clean the amenities were nice
The price is kind of high for what it includes considering they charge you for parking which is an additional $140 for a weekend so I total of paying $566 plus another $170 for parking was very pricey for 2 days

The pool, hot tub, access to Safari park, path around resort, ease of access to shopping while being tucked away
The beds and couch weren’t very comfortable. The beds dipped in the middle, creating sore backs.
No ability to use streaming apps on TV. That was a hindrance for movie watching.
Only a Keurig, not a drip coffeemaker.
On the top level of parking garage building 1, add a TALL, VERY VISIBLE marker to mark the cement barrier to the end of the parking slots. SEVERAL vehicles have hit it by looks of or, causing damage to cars.

I loved everything about the property! Didn’t visit the restaurants because, prior to coming we looked up and made reservations for steakhouses that we wanted to visit.
There was absolutely nothing that I disliked about this property!

I loved the location of the property and the pool area
I was really disappointed with the customer service at the restaurant near the WaveRunner area.
The waitress was nice, but unfortunately, he did not come back to check on us or offer any refills. I had to go get water from the bar. I eventually had to ask another waitress for boxes and our check.
At one point, my fries were accidentally spilled on the table when it arrived and there wasn’t even an offer to replace them or make it right. For the prices being charged, I expected a much higher level of service.
I completely understand that servers should be tipped, but I personally believe a tip should be earned through good service. When gratuity is already included, it unfortunately felt like our server had little incentive to provide that extra level of attention.
What stood out even more was the overall atmosphere. Most of the staff did not seem particularly happy or welcoming. There were very few smiles, greetings, or attempts to make guests feel comfortable. Asking for something almost felt like you were bothering them. Also, there was only 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. Not a single extra roll to spare or extra towels. A 4 day stay should include a lot more.
If you’re going to charge premium prices, I think the experience should include premium service. The food may be one thing, but customer service is a huge part of the overall experience, and unfortunately, that was lacking during our visit.
