Property was great, clean and spacious apartments. Plenty of pools to relax around and the kids loved them being open until 10pm.
On site shop is very expensive.

The water park
The apartment was not ready, it only had 2 towels and not enough sheets for the sofa bed

I loved the location of the property and the pool area
I was really disappointed with the customer service at the restaurant near the WaveRunner area.
The waitress was nice, but unfortunately, he did not come back to check on us or offer any refills. I had to go get water from the bar. I eventually had to ask another waitress for boxes and our check.
At one point, my fries were accidentally spilled on the table when it arrived and there wasn’t even an offer to replace them or make it right. For the prices being charged, I expected a much higher level of service.
I completely understand that servers should be tipped, but I personally believe a tip should be earned through good service. When gratuity is already included, it unfortunately felt like our server had little incentive to provide that extra level of attention.
What stood out even more was the overall atmosphere. Most of the staff did not seem particularly happy or welcoming. There were very few smiles, greetings, or attempts to make guests feel comfortable. Asking for something almost felt like you were bothering them. Also, there was only 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. Not a single extra roll to spare or extra towels. A 4 day stay should include a lot more.
If you’re going to charge premium prices, I think the experience should include premium service. The food may be one thing, but customer service is a huge part of the overall experience, and unfortunately, that was lacking during our visit.
