I think the hotel is lovely. The breakfast was good, though I would have preferred an actual menu with more variety than the buffet.
The room air conditioning was set at 68 degrees. It was too warm for sleeping. Neither my husband or I slept well due to that.

Good location in Harvard Square neighborhood
This is nit picking but the drinking glasses in my room were very soft plastic - hard to hold- why not glass? Everything else is pretty classy

Convenient walkable location for Harvard buildings. Cute building, comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious
Some of the reception staff seemed more intent on creating a negative experience than a positive one - stay away from the guy with the white rimmed glasses. Unfortunate, because the other gentleman was very helpful and printed some docs for me when their public printer wasn't working. Bed linens were not changed for 4-5 days at least, I know because I dropped something on it and made a mark
