No breakfast was expected. Clearly stated that is not provided. Not a problem for me,
Door didn’t open unless handle was raised rather than lowered. TV didn’t work, had to get management to get it going. After I suggested a different room, I was told the place was full and I could check out. Poor customer service skills!!
