Weekend getaway.

Very nice experience. I arrived on a Friday several hours before check in and the lovely lady behind the desk, Ella was able to check me in. I so very much appreciated it because I was meeting a friend and my daughter coming from another city also.

Comfortable bed and great value

It was a very clean hotel and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious. Very good value.

It was awful, wedding day ruined and out $170 after I was charged twice plus sum for a dirty hotel with small kids livin

Sadly not one thing.

Well to start it was our wedding day and I was charged again plus $30 more AFTER paying in full to booking. The room wasn’t clean there were weird stains all over, the staff was rude and I was scammed. When I kept asking for a refund they put the blame on me. Ruined my wedding getting ready moments. After the wedding that night there were children running without supervision in the lobby after 10 pm toddlers and the oldest was maybe 8. The following morning we went down to speak to them again about being charged twice plus some and the children were still there clearly spent the night in the lobby alone. The woman who said she was the manager after coming in from smoking out front said she refunded the money and it might not be till Monday it would show up on my card. So I waited then found out the money wasn’t refunded till Monday morning and in the wrong amount $29 dollars less than what was charged. So after calling again I’m still out $170 no money refunded and in complete shock this is how this business operates. I have no answers and paid twice for a dirty hotel room.

Great location. Super convenient for the highway. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and hotel Everything else was great!

The indoor pool was too cold to swim in. We chose hotels with pools for the kids. Everything else was great!

Location perfect for us to be near family and friends. Great breakfast lounge and food was very good!! Nice patio outside, which we utilized.

Not a big issue, but a larger chair in room would have been comfortable, as we were there most of a week.

Everyone of your hotels should have a Mr. Willis at their front desk!

The property was clean and Mr. Willis at the front desk was exceptional to work with. He was friendly kind and very helpful when we were having problems with the Booking.Com reservation. The parking was excellent too….we were hauling a trailer.

We had a short stay here but I really didn’t find anything I didn’t like about the property!

Would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was good. Pretty good variety and something added different every morning. Rooms were very clean, fresh clean towels everyday and basic toiletries were provided which was nice. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

The hotel is right by the Eastwood Mall where there are nice restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the mall and entertainment center.

First descent hotel I've stayed in on my trip up north.

Very nice, clean, and professional staff, which was a nice switch. I would recommend.

Alright stay but not really for the price. Avoid road-side rooms.

Easy check-in process. The room itself was decent.

Pretty average amenities for the high nightly price. Constant road noise from the highway. There was almost no volume difference between the highway side room road noise from inside to outside.

Clean and comfortable but not our best Fairfield experience.

Pool was closed the following morning so our children could not swim in the morning. We did not have any knowledge of this prior to booking, even after calling the hotel directly. This would be fine but our main purpose in visiting was for our children to have some time away from home for swimming with their cousins. Super bummed! Staff seemed indifferent to our visit and inquiries.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean.

Only ice machine that was working was on the 3rd floor. I had to walk quite a bit to get to it.
