This is the nicest motel I have stayed in enroute to New Brunswick. Beds were very comfortable in the modern room. It is located not far from the highway, so it was great to get moving the next day. The computerized check-in is great for late arrivals.
The roadway leading to the units in the back could be better marked for night time way finding.

Stayed w daughter and two German Shepherds. Usually when travelling with dogs we get the worst room in the hotel or motel, so we were delighted to get a modern, spacious room with lots of green space.
Liked everything about it. Wish I’d found it sooner. Guy at front desk very nice, too.

Cleanliness
Overall my wide and I really liked the place : clean and honest !
However...
1) We feared to miss toilet paper (3/4 left) and to my big surprise there was NONE left at the reception (this is NOT good) ! BUT your staff apologized and gave us 3 boxes of kleenexes to compensate;
2) A/C filter needs to be cleansed please (when we started it, there was a bad smell - Honestly)
*** One thing management should know: When we called the central reservation system (this is not Fraser Motel but another organization that collect reservations for Days Inn and other establishments including Fraser, the person (Angela) told us there was few places left and the rate was 436$ tax in. So I said NO (she hang up before properly saying goodbye) and when you called the Motel directly, the rate was 257$ so it is possible that something fishy is going on.

The location. Was easy to find.
No front desk. Had to use a machine to sign in. Couldn’t get it to work so had to walk across the road to sign in and get our key. Room was small, a bit pricy for what we got. No coffee maker in the room.
