Friendly staff, building needs work.

Housekeepers.and front desk staff were lovely. Breakfast was awesome and fresh.

The pool was unkempt, spa out of order, and the pool area was dirty with cigarette butter and debris. Need swept. Also. NO SHADE OR UMBRELLA and it was hot.

The eggs taste weird..like it was alternative eggs made out of water and something else with a little bit of yoke.

If you want to stay at a top-notch Hotel without paying the price of one, then this is "The Hotel"

I loved everything about this Hotel. Added Bonus they will let you check in at 2:pm instead of 3: 00 or 4: 00 pm as most motels and Hotels do and they also have a Hot Full breakfast to offer, not a brown paper bag to go breakfast..

I Can't think of anything not to like about this Hotel, Except I would have to check out eventually 🥺🥴

the rooms curtains had stains/dirty, someone tried to come into our room when we were already checked in and in the room

it was ok , clean but far away from decent store’s restaurants and shops

had to go back to the front desk multiple times because the key cards would not work

The room got booked as a handicapped not sure how The clerk said that that happens a lot I tried to change but they said there where no other rooms I booked two rooms for 379.00 way overpriced for this hotel There was a loud group late at night that made so much noise slept for about 4 hours

Every time I came back to the hotel, my key card didn't work and I needed to go to the front desk and have them issue me a new key card. Ugh.

I don't like the pillow. Pillow is too small and hard. Pillow feel too bumpy. I got a very bad neck pain when I woke up. I know it's the pillow. It's not comfortable at all. I hope they change the pillow.

Clean room. Ok complimentary breakfast. Essentially met our basic needs.

Would have been nice for the housekeeping staff to replace our used towels that were taken. Pretty much the only negative we experienced.

Nice but would find somewhere else to stay next time.

I liked the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness of the room.

The pictures were deceiving, the rooms were so dark and in the pictures the rooms looked worth the price that I paid - in person, not so much.
