I’ll stay here again if I’m in the area!

Eunice was so sweet. The room was clean, it smelled clean as soon as we walked in and the bed was comfortable. It’s within walking distance to the pier, about 15 minutes so it’s far enough away from all the noise and just a couple hundred feet from beach access.

My only complaint was the hot water took a few minutes to warm up.

On a vraiment pu en profiter, c'était super.

Le personnel, la situation géographique et la propreté sont vraiment excellents.

On nous avait parlé de "kitchenette", mais en fait ce n'était qu'un mini-comptoir avec micro-ondes.

Loved the hospitality. Eunice made us feel like family. Will definitely go again.

The room had an old fashion look to it and was very clean and welcoming look to it. The owner and staff were very friendly.

Could use a new mattress on the bed, it was a bit too soft for me.

Clean enough but air conditioners would at least take care on some issues.

Location to the beach short walk

No air conditioner. Had fan in window of porch but next door neighbors were chain smokers and cigars too so we had to rig up the fan in the other window which it didn’t fit. Didn’t like the fact we had to cross in the middle of people sitting on the porch(I.e.chain smokers), in order to go down the only staircase.

Shower was cold water only Beds uncomfortable 😕 Rooms need major updating Toilet against the wall??? No AC

Lovely place along the beaches.

Eunice was extremely helpful with anything we needed. The motel was low-key and comfortable. The train runs behind it to remind one of the "I Love Lucy" show! With great nostalgia because it doesn't aggravate one the way it did Fred, Ethel, Ricky and Lucy! I was sooo happy to find a chair height toilet! (Mom said to focus on other things, but it does make a difference!) Would definitely go back. The beach is just across the street.

The owner is probably the nicest lady you will ever meet !!!

Beach is directly across the street. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Location is close to everything you may want or need. Owner lives on-site and is extremely accommodating and very responsive to your requests.

Facility is a little dated but it works.

The owner was very accommodating with most request except to be able to relocate to a room not next to smokers.

no air conditioning so for any airflow had to keep all the windows opened but could not due to smokers in room next to us staying outside til 3/4am chain-smoking. so not only was the room stuffy and muggy but reeked of smoke.

Superb

it was a quaint little room, very nicely decorated. I could see the water from the deck out front. walking distance to the beach. the room had everything I would have needed even though it was small.

The bathroom was very small and the shower floor was a little iffy. I wore sandals into the shower. other than that and not having much room to dry off, my stay was pleasant.

This is an older hotel but the owner and staff are very very friendly. I will stay here again.

It is an older hotel and the beds are getting old too. That is my one and only complaint.

Perfect location for us on old orchard beach.

We stayed in cabin had full kitchen and separate bedrooms beach was just across street .and staff was friendly and helpful. We will be staying again.

For the beach and OOB feel, it’s does the job for a short stay.

Well located with beach across the street, great balcony, easy parking.

Mattress was not comfortable, it’s a bit old, it could use some updating.

the owner was nice. just wasn’t my cup of tea. Thankful it was only a 2 day stay.

the staff was friendly. free coffee and muffins and donuts in the morning. Beach was across the road. Also the pool was nice.

No air conditioner and long walk to anything. it’s around a 15 to 20 minute walk. unless you want to pay the $40 to park down town or Parking meters that are hard to get. Plus it was very noisy and the train goes by in the back shakes your bed.

The ocean was beautiful the cottage sucked

The only thing me and my family liked was the location!!!

My family and I disliked the place from the start!!! The pictures on the internet are misleading!!! The cabin we had was #18, it smelled of cigarettes, no kitchen light, no bunk beds, no pull out sofa, no pans to use the oven, cobwebs every where it was plain filthy! No smoke detectors anywhere When we asked about these things we were told we didn’t pay for a condominium, the housekeeper was always sitting and smoking!!! Definitely don’t recommend this place

Pay more for better accommodations

Pool was heated.

Didn't get the cabin I reserved. There were plumbing issues the second day. There was no sink or electrical outlets in bathroom, had to brush our teeth and get ready at small kitchen sink. Cleaning lady was rude. Left a day early due to being in too much pain from a very uncomfortable bed. Pool was much smaller than in the pictures. Cabins had no comfortable seating outside and were very close to each other.
