We were there for one night bc myson plays football so it wasa quick getaway but Iwas more stressed bc of not having few

It was a beautiful home and scenery was perfect

I didn’t think about it bc I thought it said coffee shampoo soap conditioner was like a complimentary one would be there but bathroom soap and shampoo was empty no coffee only filters had some small pieces of wood by fireplace but none lit so we had no fireplace . When we walked in the house was freezing I just thought some heat would be on before we got there . In laundry are there was soap powder on floor that was never cleaned up. Beds were really comfortable view from inside awesome . The road to house was aweful pot holes everywhere .

River escape

Everything was exceptional. The cabin, the river, the view etc...

High expectations but disappointing reality.

We liked the view and the fire pit.

For starters, we chose this cabin and paid the extra money as opposed to choosing another Cabin for the hot tub overlooking the view. Not only did the hot tub, not work during our stay, but we were told that we will be updated when it will get fixed. Of course it did not get fixed and while I was asking for updates, we felt as if the Vacasa staff were rude in their responses. Despite answering the survey with a positive note about the cleanliness, throughout our stay, we noticed lots of bugs mold, and areas that should’ve been cleaned better. We were also expected to do dishes, clean the counter countertops, and among other things which is fine, but we had an outrageously high cleaning fee and the place seemed ill cleaned. Overall, we felt that the cabin was definitely not worth the money and the three trips we have gone on in prior years we had paid less and had a much better experience with the staff and the cabin itself. They only let us upload four photos but I have a lot more.

Nice location on the river.

Neighbor’s dog constantly on property. Spiderwebs at the entrance of bedrooms and all over the balconies.
