Location, modern space and rooms, rather quiet considering being at Manhattan and no noise from other rooms. Nice breakfast, friendly staff. Good value for money. We will come back.

Dear Hotel Team, I checked out of the hotel on July 14, and it has now been more than a month, but I still have not received the refund of my security deposits. There were two separate deposits made: the first was USD 100, and the second was over USD 800. Could you please process both refunds as soon as possible and let me know when I can expect the funds to be returned? I would appreciate your prompt response and assistance in resolving this matter.
