Excellent location in the heart of Manhattan. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was within easy reach, which made exploring New York very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay
The room was a little small, and the price felt slightly expensive for the room size. Apart from that, everything was good.

The room was very spacious, with a large living room, a comfortable separate bedroom, and a very large bathroom. The size and layout of the suite were definitely a highlight of our stay.
Only one elevator was working during our stay, which made getting to and from our room extremely slow and frustrating. It is unreasonable for a hotel of this size to operate with only one functioning elevator. We often had to wait far too long just to go up or down.
