Superb

Location good, but did not smell clean.

I was told I would get a call if I could go in before 4pm , and never received a call. Had to call again to get the code and i was able to go in at 5pm

I would not stay here again

the location to the beach

everything in the condo needs updated! very old and musty. I used a cover to put over the couch because of all the stains, the tan chair in the corner the arms are black. The bed was a back breaker. how to listen to the Fossett in the master bedroom drip all night. you have to walk the trash pretty far.

Relaxing and peaceful

Close to the beach, easy parking, quiet, clean, 2 bedrooms, comfortable.

The door lock system was not my favorite. Not user friendly for elderly with dark hall and small numbers or people with disabilities. Long number to remember for each time to open.

Not bad, if you're into dirty everything and roaches

Location, across from the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. Loved that it was on the quieter family side of Myrtle Beach. Late night strolls were nice and safe.

Dirty, upstairs neighbors stomping all hours day & night, upstairs neighbors dumping liquids over balcony and onto us, roaches in room, overall very disgusting for the price we paid.

Too quiet! made you feel like you couldn't listen to your music on a speaker because you just didn't wanna disturb anyone. But everything else was great!

Quiet 2bed/2bath with great parking

Parking was excellent, was quiet, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms really nice, balcony really nice with good ocean view . A/C controls in most of rooms nice. Full size fridge with top freezer.

Shower and bathtub were really really small could barely turn around in them to wash good.

Loved the location, liked the complex, did NOT like the unit.

Location is great! More quiet section of the beach, we definitely loved the location.

The unit did not have a clean feel. The couch was nasty (sand/dandruff and white hair all over it), had to put a sheet over it to sit. The floor was dirty (we had to use paper towel to clean spilled water the first day and it came up black from the floor). The wall next to one of the twin beds was nasty, from people sleeping up against it over time (not something you want to see as a renter) and the sheets had an icky smell. Maintenance guy showed up twice, unannounced! 1st day he went in when we weren’t there, and the 2nd day he said he was there to fix things, REALLY?!? That should be done when there is no renter! That was uncalled for and not ok! We sent him away 2nd time. Definitely disappointed in the unit over all.

The appointment i stayed in wasn’t up to part, dirty furniture, broken screen door, needs redecorating.

Everything aside from the code was perfect.

The location was beautiful.

When I arrived it took 20 mins to get into my room because the code that was sent to me was wrong.

The location to the beach.

It's no smoking property which I understand there is no elevator it's all stairs I don't see a family with children using this property it is mainly for older people. The apartment was clean but there was no deep clean I had to clean the shower before we used it also there was dust on the pictures and on the ceiling fans this screens going to the porch both were falling off the track. The apartment is outdated and the walls are full of holes from where they've drilled into the walls. The only trash can is all the way on the other side from the building we were in.
