The location, although it was a little noisy, it was right in the heart of Capitola.

The property is nostalgic, it is beautiful, great views, and right in the middle of things

Right by the beach literally 50 steps down to the beach. Rooms were quaint, old-fashioned beach, hut, vibe we had a kitchen didn’t use it very much, but it was amazing to have it, especially since we’re gonna come back next year with the kiddos.

The showerhead seem to be in the wrong position, no matter which way we tried to turn it. The water kept spilling out on the floor.

The location in capitola was good. The little secluded water area was really nice for my kids cus they are still little.

We did not fit in the parking lot, so we had to truck all our luggage and children from far away, up a big hill. It was so exhausting to arrive and to leave. The window in the bedroom with twin beds was completely pushed out. Letting the outside noise fill the room. My toddlers were too scared to sleep in there. Took several hours to get them down. The other bedroom that has a sliding door was also broken. The door does not stay shut on its own… so had to use towels and luggage to hold the door shut, but then that was also difficult because the kids couldn’t open the door to go to the bathroom. The floors were very dirty. My crawling one year olds knees were black after a couple minutes of crawling. There was no garbage disposal, which was inconvenient. There was no pots or pans. I had to go to the store and spend a bunch of money on Kitchen stuff I don’t need. It also would have been helpful to have trash bins or dumpster to empty all our trash bags.
