Location location location along the Trinity River. Huge lawn all the way to the river. Multiple bar b q’s for guests to enjoy. I think one could safely swim there.
A bit of traffic noise but the only real complaint I have is that the King mattress has outlived its usefulness. I could feel the springs and it was much too soft.

Very comfortable room with lots of space. Slept great. Views of the river. Friendly staff and guests. Swimming pool was clean, had towels & a few pool toys. TV had lots of channels. Room had coffee, fridge. Bath had hooks and space for our stuff.

The breakfast burritos were really good! We checked in late - the instructions for that were clear and the process was seamless. The staff were great - very friendly and helpful.

Pretty surrounding area; beautiful river
Room orientation away from nature to street, noise from the road, pricey for offered comfort
