The location, the vibe, staff, the clean bathrooms and pool, amenities for kids, convenience of the coffee room and microwave!
The wood table in the yurt was incredibly sticky, even after using clorox wipes, napkins and books stuck to it? 😬 also, both my girls scraped their toes on the bottom of the rough pool pretty badly. That has never happened before so it was too rough.

This place was great! Its alot like a KOA but... "homey".. all the yurts were near the playground/basketball hoop. Which was great for the kids. The pool was warm and so clean. And the hot tub.... was actually HOT. The front of the park has an "outdoor gameroom" with all sorts of things to do. Bocce, soccer, horseshoes, axe throwing, giant 4 square ect...The bathrooms were easily the cleanest camping bathrooms we've ever experienced. The showers were also nice. The beds in the cabins and yurts arent the regular green pads you get in most places. VERY comfortable THICK memoryfoam type... no need for an air mattress. Walking down to the beach was maybe a 3 to 5 minute walk on a trail that also crosses the trail to the long beach boardwalk. The trail is a mosquito playground so be aware. Saw a few deer, and a mama bear and cubs. Very cute place! Very clean, there are alot of long term tenants parked in the park also, but that makes the park even "homeyer" everyone was very pleasant.
Lots of mosquitos on the trail but such is life. The park is also more of a park setting. Not foresty at all. Still a wonderful experience.

The location is nice with easy access to the beach. There is an asphalt path along the beach that can be used by bicycle and foot traffic. There are bathrooms and water readily available and the pool and playground area are family friendly. The staff were all very nice and welcoming. The yurts have nice sturdy furniture and are clean.
The park itself is very dusty with no privacy between sites of any kind. We had issues at our yurt with neighboring campers having a lot of guests and filling up the parking area making it difficult for us to have a spot to park.
